"After attending my first yoga conference in 2004 I adopted a vegan diet. Having been vegetarian since the age of 12 the transition was smooth. Over the last 4 years or so I experimented with adding more raw food options to my daily meals, relishing in the many benefits, increased energy, clearer skin, better sleep, increased mental clarity and a stronger, lighter physique. As an avid cook I would experiment with recipes and play around with ingredients. Every dish/snack/dessert I shared with friends was received with many praises about how delicious and satisfying the food was! This opened up the door for me to continue sharing my love of raw foods to the entire valley. So was born, Raw in the Rockies, a business service that offers raw food cooking classes/workshops, private chef services with food prepared on-site or delivered to your door, juice cleanses and catering. Then came the idea to put out a line of dehydrated delicious snacks made with the finest organic ingredients available. So much of me, my love and my passion for this way of life is put into the food I prepare that I decided to call my line of grab-and-go snacks 'Nicola's Raw Menu'. These products are now available for purchase via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. The journey is only just beginning and I hope to meet you somewhere along my path!"
